The Portuguese company TCS has confirmed its intention to locate a building materials plant in Vinnytsia. The planned investment is 33 million euros.

The mayor of Vinnytsia Sergiy Morgunov reported about it.

The plant will produce building blocks "according to the innovation system and European standards."

"Another innovative plant will appear in Vinnytsia in the industrial park. The Portuguese company TCS has confirmed its investment intentions. Construction of the facility will begin this year. Today we signed relevant agreements with our partners under a memorandum of cooperation," Morgunov wrote.

According to him, TCS plans to invest about 33 million euros in the construction company. It is planned to complete the construction of the plant in full in 2025. The plant will start producing in 2023.

The Vinnytsia City Council added that after the completion of all stages of construction at the enterprise it is planned to create more than 200 jobs.

The investor and the City Council signed a sublease agreement for the land plot and an agreement on the economic activity of TISIES Ukrainian Investments LLC within the Vinnytsia Industrial Park.
